This role will ensure the timely and accurate reporting of the orgnaisation’s financials while collaborating closely with operational teams and shared services. The Senior Finance Manager will play a key role in activities such as statutory audits, month-end closings, and cash flow management, supporting the organization’s objectives and financial sustainability.

Department

The department is Fund Management. This department is primarily responsible for creation of real estate strategies and products, matching them with the right investors and to manage the investments till the end of its life cycle. As such, the department is supported by 2 teams. One team is the Investment and Portfolio Management team, and the other is the Investor Relations team.

Designation and Reporting

Your designation is Associate / Senior Associate, Fund Management. You will report to one of the investment managers in the department, as assigned by the Head of Department.

Scope of Work

Your role is to assist the team in its various responsibilities, which includes the following (but not limited to):

Deal Evaluation:

• Financial Modelling - Grow our real estate portfolio
• Coordinate with various departments on input parameters - Strengthen cross department underwriting process
• Conduct legal, tax, technical and financial due diligence - Be abreast of latest transactions and market performance

Capital Deployment/Deal Execution:
