Due to growth, we’re looking for good customer service Operations Coordinator to join our team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for the below duties:

· Provide excellent customer service to clients

· Handle phone calls and emails

· Schedule and coordinate with Clients and Technicians for service appointments and follow ups

· Handle customer complaints timely and follow up with department in charge to provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives. Follow up to ensure closure

· Communicate effectively, maintain and establish close rapport with clients

· Creating contracts and services into in-house programme and uploading of supporting documents

· Monitor cash collection by technicians in your team

· Check and compile service reports before sending to customers

· Prepare invoices accurately prior to send out to customers

· Attend to meeting with customers as and when required

· Preparing of reports requested by customers as and when required

· Perform all other ad-hoc duties as and when required

What we’re looking for:

Operations Coordinator

· Proficient in MS Office

· Problem-solving with critical thinking and analytical skills

· Ability to be flexible, multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment

· Self-driven nature with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Manage technical transfer of products/projects in assembly, testing, and customer interactions.
• Offer technical support for manufacturing and testing during product builds.
• Assist QC with technical support in resolving RMA issues.
• Support QA in compliance, regulatory matters, customer interactions, and audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering and above.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
• Skilled in managing product/project manufacturing, transfers, and troubleshooting.
• Experienced in PCBA manufacturing and testing for products/projects.
• Preferably experienced in a manufacturing environment with ISO13485 and FDA standards.

· Execute pest service work and carry out inspections and treatments at customer sites

· To advise clients on pest management’s best practices and problems

· Identify and solve pest infestation issues with advised time span

· Maintain the provided work equipment in good working condition

· Provide post service work and record service reports, daily work reports and other work-related in a timely manner

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide functional support in SAP production planning (PP) module.
• Responsible for business requirement gathering, system design and providing solution to fulfil business requirement while considering integration with other applications
• Validates as-is, to-be process flows and system integration from a users’ perspective, identifies potential work-around to system changes or limitations, identifies level of effort required to successfully implement changes to business processes and user activities
• Preparation and updating of SAP PP business blueprint, business flow diagram, functional specification, configuration, business process procedure and training documents to spell the business requirements
• Perform functional testing by select the valid test scripts for all business processing
• Provide helpdesk support and troubleshoot issues identify by users of regional subsidiaries (10 Plants)
• Identify, recommend and implement new improvement and functions
• Lead, facilitate or support system upgrading projects or new projects that introduce to regional subsidiaries

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing systems / Engineering / Information Technology or related fields
• 3 years of production planning experience in manufacturing industry using SAP system will be added advantage
• Analytical & meticulous and having sense in troubleshooting
• Able to work independently and lead in projects
• Willing to travel to support subsidiaries in regional countries
