Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales, within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing solutions and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging 2D/3D animations according to our Chinese educational course content.
• Transforming storyboards into animated sequences.
• Edit videos including adding subtitles, audio, adding visual effects and animations.
• Ensure all animations and videos meet the required technical specifications for online display formats.
• Handle and organizes raw and edited video files including exporting videos in different formats.
• Strong ability to manage and deliver high quality work under tight deadlines.
• Work closely with the Education and Marketing team.

Requirements:

• A degree, diploma or equivalent qualification from an animation program is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in animation.
• Have a creative mind and strong visual imagination.
• Good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in design and animation software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages.
• Must be able to commit at least 3 days a week (excluding weekends and PHs), from 9am to 6pm.
