Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide remote and on-site IT infrastructure, hardware and application support
· Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support when technical issues are escalated
· Support and manage servers, ERP, POS and e-commerce systems
· Troubleshoot and resolve network infrastructure and server-related issues
· Responsible for managing backups and restores
· Identify and recommend hardware, software and/or service opportunities including replacement, upgrading, development, training, reviewing business processes to meet the Company’s standards and requirements
· Maintain IT hardware and software inventory list
· Maintain IT training curriculums and documentation
· Document procedures and vendor management
· Plan and evaluate IT-related requests from other departments
· Participate and execute IT projects which involve liaising with vendors, working collaboratively with users using the best development and implementation methodologies
· Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
· Minimum Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or IT related disciplines with at least 5 years’ experience
· Knowledge and working experience in supporting e-commerce, POS (Point-Of-Sales) system and ERP application (Microsoft Dynamic NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central)
· Knowledge in networking support, Microsoft Windows Server OS support and administration
· Knowledge in supporting robotic process automation software and reports development will be a plus
· Possess good knowledge on 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting skills, ability to support end user remotely, good communication skills and must be able to work independently
· Able to work and be on stand-by after working hours, on weekends and public holidays
· Strong project management, problem-solving and diagnostic skills
· Self-driven and highly independent
