Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business opportunities with suitable venue partners to hold immersive experiences in Singapore. (Partners may include 3rd party IP-content owners for IP-content not belonging to Neon).
• Develop business plans and projections to assess commercial viability of identified projects to deliver immersive experiences.
• Establish commercial deals with venue partners, ticketing partners and IP-content owners for the projects.
• Lead project implementation by integrating internal efforts related to commercial, legal, creative, production, marketing, sponsorship, retail and operations.
• Lead and facilitate interfacing with partners in the respective functional areas in project implementation.
• Establish and control budgets for assigned projects in Singapore.
• Accountable for business performance of assigned projects in Singapore.
• Accountable for timely collection of receivables and proper closure of assigned projects in Singapore.
• Manage key stakeholders related to the business of delivering immersive experiences in Singapore, e.g. Studio IP owners, STB, venue partners, ticketing partners, etc.
• Ensure compliance to legal and regulatory requirements of conducting Neon’s business in Singapore.
• Lead specified projects to grow the business in Singapore, strategically or whenever opportunity arises.
• Work on other ad hoc initiatives as required in a highly dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Review the analysis of business requirements and IT solutions specifications and lead the team in developing a detailed project plan
• Review project plans to determine the time frame, costing and the procedures for accomplishing the projects

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree or equivalent, in Digital Media, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
• Technology savvy and familiar with internet technologies and website operations
• Project Management related certifications would be advantageous
• Excellent service mindset with a strong understanding of customers' needs
• Possess Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
• Meticulous with a strong attention to details
• Knowledge in C# or PHP, CSS, CSS 3 , HTML, HTML 5,PHP, Jquery, Actionscript and AJAX is a plus
• Knowledge of website creation/maintenance tools

Job Description:

Manages the CM team to provide day-to-day CM and Document Control activities including

identification, change control, status accounting, document control, records management, and

internal user support.

Work with software managers/developers to oversee the code releases

Manage code deployments, fixes, updates, and related processes

Perform software building. Maintain and optimize script for automation buildings. Able to extend or create new automation building to fit requirements. Troubleshooting building error.

Prepare software release notes

Responsible for software installation package.

Maintain and document release updates and history.

Manage configuration baseline for software / schematic / database releases

Regulating the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into Perforce.

Maintain DOORS, Perforce, JIRA and building tools. Able to provide tools solution to improve processes.

Help to build automated deployment tools for site deployment using configuration management technology.

Able to work with CI and CD tools, and source code control such as GIT, Perforce and SVN

Work with open-source technologies as needed

Assist with system admin works.

Job Requirement:

Problem Solving Attitude

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology

Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience

Familiar with Unix/Linux, Windows platform

Familiar with GIT, SVN, CVS, JIRA, Perforce, DOORS, SonarQube, etc

Familiar with integration version control tools

Programming skill in scripting language: (e.g. Shell/Python/Perl/Java/JavaScript)

Manage source code control including SVN and GIT

Knowledge on compilation will be advantage.
