Job Purpose

Reporting to the Team Lead of Agency Performance Management, you will be part of the team responsible for handling the performance management of our Financial Representatives.

The Job

• Liaise with stakeholders and Financial Representatives for Higher Appointment exercise

• Assist in the preparation of documents, forms and agreements for stakeholders and Financial Representatives

• Consolidate and manage appeals for management review

• Assist in the preparation and dissemination of letters of appointment to Financial Representatives

• Assist to manage the internal mailbox and reply to enquiries from Financial Representatives regarding Higher Appointment

• Provide support in preparation of sales and financial reports

Our Requirements

• Minimum Degree or Diploma qualification

• Business or analytical background from the finance industry with working experience of at least 1 year

• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)

• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Team player with high level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good work attitude

Responsibilities:

§ To manage and execute EMS/DMS SCADA projects and service contracts

§ Carry out routine and corrective maintenance, software enhancement, bug fixes, testing and commissioning to meet contractual requirements

§ Ensure smooth and proper execution of projects/contracts

Requirements:

§ Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Software Engineering from a recognised Polytechnic/University

§ Preferably have some working experiences in executing /maintaining of SCADA and Substation Automation System.
