Responsibilities

• To assist Project Manager lead site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work.
• To schedule and plan ahead works so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact of cost, overall schedule and quality.
• To review the equipments / materials requisitions.
• Manage correspondence & documentation with Client/Client' Representative and Subcontractors.
• Day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site labourforce and the work of any subcontractors.
• Liaising with authorities, client's representatives, sub-contractors and consultants to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications and drawings.
• Resolving any technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent recognised Degree by the P.E. Board.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Job Duties:

• Maintain and update documentation (i.e. passport renewal), training and medical appointments for workers, Updating to Management every Quarterly.
• Handle work permits renewals in WPOL and PA Forms.
• Ensure the equipment in office, warehouse, and dormitory are maintained.
• Control the issuance of workers’ tees & server room key
• Official representative to manage the request from key tenant
• Attend to MOM/SCDF/NEA inspections and facilitate license renewals annually
• Coordinate periodic aircon servicing/maintenance, Pest control, building inspections, Fire Alarm Panel, and Fire Extinguisher validations
• Monitor and follow up on courier sample items and receipts.
• Assist in preparing quotation and provide support to the sales team as and when required

Qualifications:

• Experience in administrative and coordination.
• Friendly, Passionate and Energetic Team Player
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance
• Proficient in WPOL and Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, budget, schedule, and technical requirements based on strategic plans.
• Track project progress, update management on status, budgets, issues, and risks promptly.
• Manage project costs against budget and expenses to achieve revenue goals.
• Partner with customers, address assumptions, resolve conflicts, and manage complex issues.
• Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor performance of internal and external service providers.
• Handle escalations with vendors and customers professionally.
• Analyze scalability, interoperability, and portability.
• Create comprehensive project documentation including training guides, QA guidelines, and reports.
• Manage large, diverse project teams.
• Present project performance updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in relevant disciplines or equivalent
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate or equivalent is desirable
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in manufacturing industry
• Strong experience in overseeing projects from scratch
• Strong business acumen to handle all levels of stakeholders
