Responsibilities:

• Oversee a project's development.
• Plan layout drawings and equipment size in compliance with project specifications.
• Manage the purchasing and costing of projects.
• Assure that the client's contract is followed regarding the project's budget and timeline.
• Install and activate the system and equipment onsite.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in mechanical engineering or related field.
• At least one year related working experience
• Proven track record managing equipment and system projects for powder processing is an added advantage
• Able to work in a team

MAIN DUTIES

• Establish and facilitate/manage a working group (WG) of cross-functional members to agree and align on the direction of the capability in the Bank’s operational and strategic context.
• Organize and plan the work components necessary to deliver key aspects of the capability.
• Lead the WG to develop the capability roadmap in the medium term and define business requirements in the immediate term
• Establish the artifacts of the CLM Prospecting capability.
• Support the BM Organisation on engaging effectively on the CLM TOM Programme

REQUIREMENTS

• Experienced in the Private Banking front office context and business integration needs for successful implementation.
• Experienced/super user of PowerPoint, Excel/Power BI and Word applications
• Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements​.
• Keen grasp of project management tools and concepts and practitioner of organized change / principle-based design and issue-based problem-solving
• Meticulous, and conscientious with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines/targets.

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will assume responsibility for one or more project modules or lead smaller projects and contribute to acquisition approaches. You will develop and implement tailored strategies and business models for our clients which includes commercial due diligence, fund strategy, value creation and exit support. Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following criteria:

• Outstanding academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework from top tier universities. MBA would be an advantage.
• 5 to 8 years or more of experience at private equity, transaction advisory or strategy consulting firms with exposure to investor support and commercial due diligence project experiences across industries.
• Experienced in project management, leading work streams and has led projects in the fields mentioned above with good problem solving skills.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Diverse experience in emerging markets which includes Southeast Asia.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal are required to realize our visions in an international environment.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
