• Minimum Degree / Diploma in Building / Project and Facilities Management / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying / Contracts Management.
• Able to work independently in fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Candidates with Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) professional membership will be at an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Project Engineer

• Manage projects at one or more designated sites.
• Assist the project manager with executing projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and relevant authorities.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants about project issues.
• Plan and coordinate all fire installation tasks.
• Participate in meetings to discuss site coordination and project progress.
• Make sure projects stay on schedule.
• Oversee site activities and ensure implementation of plans.
• Check shop drawings, prepare as-built drawings, hydraulic calculations, and variation orders.
• Track project schedule, material deliveries, and budget.

Maintenance Engineer
