Primary Relationships:

Reporting to the Head of Core Product Management, AP, the role-holder will be responsible for initiatives across three broad areas of responsibility:

Job Title: Change Management Consultant

Job Description: This candidate who will lead the change management project. Responsibility of the consultants are below.

Responsibilities:

The primary scope is to manage day to day operations in:

Change Management tasks

• Lead strategic and tactical planning and implementation of change management activities in tandem with project management activities to achieve the project objectives.
• Conduct overall change readiness assessment, with support from key stakeholders, to facilitate decision making at critical milestones.
• Guide key stakeholders to conduct an overall change impact assessment as a result of the project delivery/ change implementation.
• Conduct Stakeholder interviews and align the vision of the projects to stake holders.
• Develop change management strategies and plans, which includes but not limited to stakeholder analysis, communications plans and execution, training plans and training needs analysis, and user adoption of new systems. • Provide regular status updates to project/ program manager as per the project governance structure.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of change management materials. Prepare materials such as email templates, posters for various workshops and roadshows.

Requirements:

• PROSCI Change Management certification or Bachelor´s Degree in Psychology/ Social Science & Humanities or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience and proven capabilities in managing large scale projects and implementing change management activities.
• Experience in HR Transformation, Change Management or Consulting will be advantageous
• In-depth knowledge or experience in organisational/behavioural change management, business planning, human resource strategies and processes, organisational design, manpower optimisation and performance management.

What you will be working on

This role overseeing and handle company's facilities maintenance

and administrative duties

1. Handles proactive and preventative maintenance works to the building facilities/ system/ equipment (Example: telephone system, goods hoist lifts system, passenger lifts system, car lift, dumbwaiter, ACMV system, fire protection system, sanitary & plumbing system etc.).
