Location & Working Hours:

• Location: Sin Ming Lane, Midview City (Near Bishan/Marymount MRT)
• 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend, 9.00am - 6.30pm

Role & Requirement:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in technology business analysis or software development, and familiar with business applications in investment/banking industries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong ability to manage and align expectations of senior level business stakeholders across different business units to accept solutions proposed by project teams.
• Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills and a team player who has growth mindset and confident to work independently.
• Hands-on experience in conducting business analysis functions, stakeholder management, solution designing, software test planning, vendor management and production support.
• Experience in the documentation of BRD, FSD, use cases, visual modelling and business processes.
• Experience in ETL/ELT process, SQL and API.
• Experience in Agile methodology skill with strong delivery mindset.
• Good understanding of financial application, workflow, UI/UX, database design and software engineering best practices.
