Based on proprietary mathematical breakthroughs and engineering innovations in the space of real time bidding, Scibids works hand in hand with leading programmatic platforms (DSPs) to bring Customized Algorithmic Bidding Logicinto the world of media optimization.
What you will do and what we offer
The mission of Scibids is to provide media buyers with fully automated buying strategies for DSP campaigns, bringing the best performance by leveraging log level campaign data, but with minimum human effort.
As a Team lead, Account Management, your role will be to work with Account Managers and Traders, helping them leverage the Scibids software for the improvement of their campaigns and thereby to actively drive the adoption rate of the product by our customers. This position will combine strong problem solving and teaching skills, analytical rigor and interpersonal skills for client servicing.
On a day to day basis, your responsibilities will specifically include:
● Complete accountability for delivering best in class account management for all clients in India and South East Asia
● Managing a team of Account Managers across India and South East Asia
● Guiding the team to ensure seamless Onboarding of new customers
● Manage client campaigns, by setting up the AI to optimize towards the goals
● Advising clients and traders to Setup scientific A/B tests and experiments
● Lead impact review sessions, proving the ROI of Scibids
● Partner with the customer to deliver always greater results
● Lead training sessions & improve the skills of your customers
● Enhance the FAQ section of the product with best practices generated from the unique customer situations you encounter
Qualifications
● Professional experience (8 to 12 years) in programmatic as a Customer Success / Account Manager / Senior Trader / Campaign Engineer
● Fluency in English with excellent written communication skills is required for communication with stakeholders
● Highly efficient with their own time while being sensitive to the customer’s needs
● Advanced mathematics studies or a maths major degree will be an asset
