Job Description:

• Collaborate with development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications and ensure smooth and efficient software delivery
• Implement and monitor project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Participate in develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Document project processes, regularly review and update project documentation to reflect the evolving project landscape.
• Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines to automate software build, test, and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployment, performance, and scalability
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and user stories.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development and operations teams on best practices

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a project assistant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, methodologies and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• PMP certification or other project management related certification.
• Knowledge of scripting and programming languages such as Python or Bash.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and test automation tools.
• Computer languages: ASP.Net, VB.Net, VBA, Javascript, HTML, CSS, C#
• Experience in SQL data manipulation, SharePoint development

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales target by conducting the full sales cycle of lead generation, follow-up, service delivery and closure of transaction.
• Detail work includes managing and understanding clients’ requirements and assessing equipment needs, preparing and delivering sales proposals, technical presentations.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Provide continuous after-sales support such as aiding clients to identify problems with installed equipment (if any), recommending improved material, machinery or parts for replacement and maintenance.
• Direct and monitor daily activities to align the project progress and quality goals.
• Implement and adhere to the sales plan set by the manager with the aim of expanding the company’s customer base.
• Collaborate with team to compile information for tender submissions.
• Actively enhance personal knowledge of supplier’s products to introduce technology that adds value to the clients.
• Evaluate sales activities with the management weekly, including the status of prospective customers, plans to meet sales targets and status on deadlines.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, producing reports regularly to communicate with supplier on sales activities and status of project.

- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans;

- Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business;

- Diploma or Degree in any field;

Responsible for the project quality and safety plan

· Monitoring the sub-contractor schedules

· Ensure company ISO and OHSAS requirements are fully implemented on projects

· Updating and alerting Project Manager on delays and suggesting ways to expedite progress and catch up on delays

· Scheduling programs and weekly/monthly basis updates

· Perform schedule monitoring and updating on construction schedules preparation of periodic progress reports with commitments and forecast

· Monitor project compliance with project management standard policies, procedures and templates through project audits
