Job Purpose:
You will be responsible to provide technical support to the Group Insurance’s business activities such as pricing, reporting, product experience study, and product development. You will be required to work in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Actuarial, Marketing, Product, Distribution, Compliance and Risk etc.) and business partners.

Job Duties:
• Provide technical pricing for group insurance products using established models
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines on business acceptance, risk management and profitability
• Manage reinsurance risk within treaty limits and ensure proper facultative placements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on product development of existing or new products and ensure compliance with product approval process
• Data management for analysis and pricing.

Our Requirements:
• Degree preferably in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics or business related fields;
• 3 or more years working experience, ideally in Group Insurance pricing or relevant experience;
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
• Skilled in managing large data sets used for statistical analysis;
• In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in related areas such as product development, pricing and financial condition management;
• Meticulous, self-starter with the ability to make sound judgments and work under pressure or tight time lines;
• Strong interpersonal, articulation, communication and presentation skills;
• Skilled with PC Applications such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word;
• Basic programming experience is preferred (VBA - Visual Basic for Applications);
• Knowledge in statistical or business intelligence tools, such as SQL and Tableau is appreciated.

Process Summary:

The Production Day Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the production process of the EVAL Manufacturing site, which will be launched in second half of 2026, and makes any necessary process changes to maintain the production operation safely and stably. Updating and maintaining all standard operating procedures (SOP), training manual for the production department is also the task of Production Day Supervisor. The Production Day Supervisor is responsible for issuing SOP of new EVAL site and training new employees to achieve safe and stable commissioning and startup of new EVAL plant.

Responsibilities:

• Be competent in actual plant operation, and support and assist the shift supervisors and production technicians in the production of EVOH.
• Monitor and maintain utility supply system operation.
• Arrange disposal of waste products with authorized waste handling companies.
