We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager for the project fulfillment team. In this role, you will maintain and build strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding our customers’ needs, ensuring our projects are delivered to the best quality standards, and meet or exceed their expectations. Working with the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of our software products and applications to our clients and their end users, including managing project timelines and budgets, fixing reliability issues and tracking service metrics.
On a given work week, you will:
● Interact with customers to make sure our projects are aligned with their requirements and desired direction while ensuring the projects stay within budget, stipulated timelines and commercial parameters.
● Oversee project budget and contracts and work within the financial guidelines of the contracts, including manpower planning and when and how to hire third parties such as suppliers and contractors.
● Proactively identify project risks and take action to prevent them from escalating into major issues that hinder the project’s successful delivery.
● Work with the Delivery Manager to organize the use of manpower resources effectively and efficiently while focusing on the highest priority tasks for delivering the product or service.
● Manage internal and external project stakeholders including but not limited to upholding team morale, providing helpful feedback, and managing conflicts for the smooth implementation of projects.
● Conduct project audits and reviews to identify gaps in the delivery process to improve the project's progress and output.
Job Skills and Requirements
● At least 5 years of experience in project management or service delivery, with a minimum of 3 years in the software engineering domain.
● Good understanding of agile methodologies and lean practices.
● Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Business Management (Technology) or related disciplines.
● Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
● Good working knowledge in financial management and commercially astute.
● Must be a Singapore Citizen.
