We are looking for a dynamic and experienced EUC Project/Operations Manager to lead the implementation and management of end-user computing (EUC) services. Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into robust infrastructure designs, ensuring availability, capacity, resiliency, security, and continuity.
• Develop and manage project budgets, including forecasts for maintenance contracts.
• Oversee the design, deployment, configuration, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, etc.) in partnership with service providers.
• Ensure efficient daily operations and support for application infrastructure services.
• Collaborate with government agencies and central services teams to deliver government-wide application services.
• Drive new initiatives and service enhancements leveraging EUC technologies.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise ICT infrastructure for EUC services.
• Strong technical knowledge in EUC technologies, infrastructure security, and mobile device management.
• Prior experience working with government projects or agencies is a significant advantage.
