As the Kitchen Lead - Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in leading the kitchen team and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes to our valued customers. RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

· Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
