Responsibilities:

Support the organisation's data centre services through monitoring and management for system, network and facilities

Perform computer operations including account and tape management

Incident management and act as escalation point to any facilities and system / network

Manage and administer the service desk operations

System alert monitoring and perform necessary escalation

Liaison with landlord / vendor with regards to utilities, building services / facilities and systems issues

Assist in planning and execution of disaster recovery activities

Ensure procedures, processes and service level are being followed for any service delivery and operations

Review of the data centre operations and report any gaps and issues

Maintain proper IT documentation and prepare monthly reporting

Key Responsibilities:

* Support operations in the Singapore Distribution Center.

* Responsible for handling daily warehousing operation to ensure that customer delivery schedules are met to provide customer satisfaction.

* Responsible to close Cycle Count activities in JDE to ensure timely approval cycle count sheet and completion of ABC items count per the cut-off timeline to ensure SOX compliance.

* Coordinate the quarterly destruction activities with stakeholders. Ensure GN29 license availability for the items, create Destruction Order in JDE and generate commercial invoice for permit application. As well as provide Finance with the cost center to cross charge.

* Request for quarterly freight rates quotation from freight vendors.

* Request for ad-hoc freight quotation and arrange for inbound packaging materials shipment.

* Perform detailed freight audit for billing and invoicing.

* Submit monthly data into Freight Analytics Tool.

* Support printer Installation Qualification (IQ) when required.

* Support the execution of supply chain related projects and other incidental duties.

Education and Experience:

* Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business or related field

* Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Supply Chain and Logistics roles

* Experience working in a medical device and/or regulated industry Preferred

* Familiarity with ERP, RLRP, Ignite & Trax is a plus.

• Lead and oversee all electrical commissioning and testing activities according to the agreed Scope of Works at the client’s site.
• Serve as the technical expert, advising the client on feasibility, costs, resources, and methods throughout the commissioning process.
• Act as on-site technical lead, coordinating information from vendors, contractors, and site owners to make decisions and provide leadership.
• Participate in meetings with clients and contractors, providing technical expertise and ensuring agreement on commissioning deliverables.
• Ensure all necessary certifications and documentation are provided by contractors and vendors for commissioning.
• Review and approve design documents and drawings, ensuring they meet the client’s commissioning requirements.
• Develop, review, and approve test scripts, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), and Factory Witness Tests (FWTs).
• Ensure quality delivery consistent with client specifications and supervise commissioning activities according to the project timeline.

Job Requirements:

• Background in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Relevant experience in Electrical testing & commissioning for Data Center projects
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical P&IDs
• Willing to travel (more than 50%)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
