As a Senior Data Center Operations Engineer, you will work as a member of the team of engineers and be responsible for facilities in Singapore and oversee the overall health of the facilities.  You will be involved in 

• Workflow of day to day operations of the facilities. 
• Capacity deployment and forecasting.

• General operational uptime/maintenance scheduling

• Coordinating with the onsite delivery and shipping of all equipment
• Developing, documenting and evangelizing a catalogue of standards and best practices for data center operations
• Functioning as one of the main regional points of contact and be accountable for all vendors who operate inside of our data centers.  Will act as the operational point of contact for all builds, expansions and maintenances. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and managing all incoming communications and ensuring timely responses or escalations as necessary
• Coordinating assignments and tasks, both locally and regionally, to optimize workflow
• Attendance monitoring
• Handling incidents according to established protocols, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
• Management of Command Center data
• Monitoring and responding to emails internally and externally with clients and vendors etc
• Management of Operations inventory
• Monitoring and recording of permanent and ad-hoc assignments
• Answering incoming calls, forwarding them as needed, and maintaining call logs for documentation purposes
• Perform health checks

Key Requirements:

• At least 1 year in - call centre / command centre / customer service
• Min O levels or equivalent
• PLRD licensed (Minimum SSO)
