As a team lead, you will support CISO with engagement and supporting Com Care Sector on Cyber Security initiatives, to provide outreach to Community Care Sector on Security Best Practices.

• Drive the HIB Compliance program and outreach to the Sector.
• Support CISO in managing Sector Cyber Security team.
• Support the Sector & Digitization team engagement with Sector on Cyber Security
• Drive the Cyber Essential+ certification & Trust Mark certification program

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information technology with at least 15 years of working experience in Cyber Security or IT
• Professional certification in CISM, CRISM, CGEIT is good to have
• Relevant working experience in both vendor and end user environment
• Proven track record in positions to provide consultancy or advisory to internal or external customers
• Cyber Security Governance and Assurance Knowledge
• Good stakeholder management, IT/Cyber Risk Management
• Good understanding of Cyber Security best practices and standards (NIST, ISO27000, Cyber Kill Chain, MITRE)

• Partner Sector Divisions in the management of grants to ensure adequate governance and compliance with Grant Policy & Best Practices, from scheme design to closure.
• Attend Sector Divisions’ enquiries relating to grant management processes
• Review processes, develop and implement improvements to strengthen grant governance and enhance operational efficiency (e.g. through Robotic Process Automation and/or other analytical tools)
• Develop and support generation of periodic Operational and Management reports
• Build capabilities of internal stakeholders and external partners through various initiatives
• Assist in audit related matters to ensure compliance with audit requirements
• Manage ad hoc projects or roles assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Analytics or Statistics
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in audit and financial compliance or grant management / compliance related work
• Highly analytical and with good problem solving skill
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful, meticulous, open-minded and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Highly self-motivated and resilient, who can embrace the challenges in handling ambiguity and dynamic changes
• A team player who is able work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of data visualisation/analytical tools such as RPA (UiPath), IDEA Caseware, R, Tableau and VBA will be an added advantage

• Adheres to principles and practice of infection control, health and safety
• Ensures equipment is clean, safe and in good working order and reports any defects to CNM / RN in charge
• Replenishment of medical consumable items for daily usage including cleaning and preparing of working trollies, including of white bags preparation
• Assists with pre/post dialysis specifications: weight, temperature and other vital signs of the patient
• Crowd control and distribution of patient dialysis cards
• Serves refreshments to patients
• Reports incidents / accidents immediately to the CNM / RN in charge
• Participates in nursing shift handover sessions and continuous quality improvement projects
