• Monitor and verification of work done for payment and budget monitoring.
• Manage the reinstatement works including liaising with landlord and verification of work done for payment and budgeting for organization's building.
• Support daily operations for organization's buildings maintenance matters.
• Support the setting up and relocation of affected organization offices and staff to other location.

Key Requirement:

• Only Singaporean
• Degree in facilities management any related field
• Experience in project management/facilities management will be a bonus.
• Knowledge in project and contracts management is an advantage
