• Assist to maintain and administer on accounting matters for the portfolio of clients
• Timely preparation of accounts and financial reports to comply with the clients’ policies and statutory requirements
• Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients (monthly CPF contribution, IR8A tax submission)
• Any other ad hoc duties as required by the Outsourcing Department

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor in Accountancy, ISCA, ACCA or other relevant professional qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property, as well as creating a hospitable experience for our guests.
• Establish a professional communication and provide tip-top hospitality services to our guests, including managing check-ins / check-outs, enquiries and maintenance requests.
• Conduct room viewings for guests who request for a room change, and follow-up with the necessary proper documentations in our property management system.
• Roll out housekeeping rosters and coordinate in-room / external maintenance work with contractors.
• Support the daily maintenance of the property, including assisting with basic fixes, conducting regular property inspections, and supervising scheduled maintenance works such as air-con servicing, electronic door lock reprogramming and landscaping works.
• Manage incident reporting actively and take remedial actions to resolve the problems. Maintain good records of all incidents and maintenance tickets raised.
• Ensure compliance of Safety & Building regulations and all other statutory requirements, including Fire Safety & CERT regulations.
• Provide support for community events held within the property.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or relevant field.
• At least 2 year(s) of experience in student hostel / serviced office operations management.
• Experience in property / facilities management or front desk would be advantageous.
• Good team player with interpersonal, analytical, presentation skills.
• Service-orientated with pleasant disposition.
• Experience in using MS Office.
• Candidates who is able to start work immediately or on short notice would be preferred.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the fixed income risk manager in risk identification, monitoring and review of portfolio and firmwide risks (with a focus on fixed income and credit portfolios):

1. Monitoring, analysis and reporting of portfolio and firmwide exposure to ensure that portfolios comply with the stipulated risk limits, analyze the reasons for any breaches, and escalate to higher authority if necessary
2. Set up and maintain risk guidelines in the enterprise system to ensure that the guidelines are correctly coded
3. Support the annual risk limits review and calibration
4. Support credit and counterparty risk management activities to facilitate new business initiatives and existing portfolios including onboarding of new instruments
5. Maintain and enhance existing investment risk related automated workflows and processes
6. Improve and maintain risk related data in risk systems and rectify any data quality issue in a timely manner

• Contribute to any ad hoc projects and business initiatives e.g. process/workflow enhancements, regulatory and audit requests, and enhancement of risk systems etc.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related discipline (e.g. Finance, Economics, Business, Risk Management, Financial Engineering, Computational Finance).
• Professional certification e.g. FRM, PRM, CFA, CPA, CAIA or progress towards such qualifications will be well-regarded

Experience and Skills

• Excellent understanding of investment risk concepts, financial instruments (sovereign bonds, credits and equities) and derivatives.
• Technically proficient in at least 1 coding language (e.g. Python, VBA etc), SQL, and data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with financial systems such as Barraone, RiskMetrics, FactSet, Simcorp, or Bloomberg would be a plus
• Proactive, mature, independent, fast learner and ability to think outside the box
