RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with internal teams—Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and other Operations teams—to ensure issue resolution and timely drafting of legal confirmations.

Perform legal confirmation drafting for Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate Derivatives Transactions.

Assist the Asia FX/IRP Drafting team in delivering strategic global initiatives and supporting the Asia/Global Business.

Become a subject matter expert to mitigate risk and drive efficiencies.

Build a skill set that covers front-to-back functions.

Design and initiate process improvements, leveraging Business Intelligence and Automation.

Build relationships with global peers to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.

Work with the team to continually review and improve processes, manage risk, and meet expectations for timeliness, quality, and cost-effectiveness within the department.

Qualification :-

Degree & Prior experience in Operations.

Proactive, enthusiastic, and creative approach with a high attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Highly collaborative and team-focused with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of individuals.

Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to use discretion and good judgment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of the Foreign Exchange and Interest Rates market and derivatives, including the current regulatory environment, is beneficial.

Intellectual curiosity.

Ability to remain composed under pressure.

Experience in ISDA Documentation.

Competency with the MS Suite, especially Excel, and the ability to learn multiple programs quickly.

Responsibilities:-

· Responsible for the Sales effort in regions assigned

· Experience with direct sales, marine sales, marine solutions

· Able to travel frequently

· Hunter type with ability to close the order

· Experience with selling hardware or software solutions will have an added advantage

· Knowledge of Shipping and Offshore sectors

· Experience with energy optimization in the maritime business is an advantage

· Experience with marketing and production of marketing materials is an advantage

· Previous experience as mariner, technical, commercial experience in the relevant industry is an advantage

Qualification : Tertiary educated with recognized degree qualification preferred

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

-Overall In-charge of Recruitment, retention of Seafarers and management of all manning offices and manning Agencies.

-Close overview of the Myanmar Manning Operations including providing Leadership to the team there.

-Ensuring Budgets for each Vessel / Owner are prepared and maintained.

-Developing a strategy for crewing w.r.t Upcoming changes in manning requirements as per the trade.

-Administration of Officer and crew appointments system.

-Developing a personnel policy and employment conditions designed to recruit, motivate, train and retain first class quality seagoing staff of the calibre necessary to accomplish Company objectives.

-Monitoring performance of manning agents.

-Expanding 3rd party Crew Management and bringing in new clients.

Minimum Competence, Knowledge and Experience

-5years working experiences at the Crewing department or related Marine Shore Experience.

-A Diploma Holder or higher.

-Good written and spoken English.

-Basic Computer Knowledge.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Scopes:

Clients’ accounting and administrative:

1. Managing a portfolio of clients accounts;

2. Performing data entry for accounting assignment for clients;

3. Preparing full-set monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual management account for clients (onsite client’s office required for some jobs);

4. Preparing GST reports for clients for submission to IRAS;

5. Preparing monthly payroll reports including payslip for clients;

6. Preparing and submitting the client’s Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS) report;

7. Assisting with the client’s GST application and de-registration matters;

8. Preparing unaudited financial statements;

9. Undertaking ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

Ø Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent;

Ø Minimum of 2 Year(s) of working experience in a relevant field;

Ø Must have full-set account experience, preferably with experience in an accounting management firm;

Ø Willing to work onsite at the client’s office when required;

Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills;

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Ø Proactive and independent with a positive working attitude;

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To conduct services on ground but not limited to servicing, food ordering, reservations, cashiering duties etc
• To undergo trainings for the skill sets of non-supervisory roles to understand and perform the functions
