JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in (i) the design and development of software solutions for Building Management System (BMS) including chiller systems, HVAC, security, fire alarm and etc, (ii) preparation of P&ID diagram related to the chiller system and its BMS, and (iii) In writing, debugging and testing of the code to control and integrate with the existing BMS system.
• Collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS.
• Develop and maintain manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams and system configurations.
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.

Note: Candidates with substantial relevant experience will be considered for Senior BMS Engineer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy-related Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the development of BMS for chiller plants.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Develop, analyse market trends and implement sales strategies for supermarket / petrol kiosk / convenient store accounts to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at supermarket accounts.
• Manage and grow existing business, identifying opportunities for expansion.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, promotions, and joint business plans.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within supermarket accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, category management) to drive sales.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Track sales performance, analysing data to optimize sales strategies.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management

Requirement:

• Min. 3 years of sales management experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in supermarket account management with Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field will be an added advantages.
