Join the Community and Volunteer Partnership team to make a meaningful impact and bring joy to seniors in various ECON Healthcare Group (EHG) care centres (i.e. nursing homes, day care centres, active ageing centres).

In this role, you'll collaborate with key stakeholders from the public, private, and people sectors to overcome service barriers and stay ahead of the latest trends. You’ll be at the forefront of empowering volunteers to drive community-based programs, events, and advocacy initiatives within EHG’s service areas, bringing them to life and making a real impact.

This position offers the opportunity to make a difference while sharpening skills in program management, client support, and community outreach, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Responsible for supporting conceptualising, planning and organising community projects/engagement to increase visibility of various services within EHG
• Arrange recruitment and reactivation activities for passive volunteers.
• Carry out risk management measures and needs analysis for volunteers with the programme team
• Carry out and uphold volunteer policies and processes including volunteer recognition and engagement activities
• Conduct volunteer training programmes and partner with community partners to build volunteer capabilities
• Maintain and audit volunteer database and training records.
• Monitor effectiveness of volunteer partnerships
• Support development and review of volunteer management policies and processes
• Work with social service organisations, community stakeholders, corporate partners and agencies to develop community partnerships and volunteer programmes
• Support and strengthen stakeholder networks within communities where EHG services are present
• Assist management in any other projects or duties, as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Strong organisational, analytical, interpersonal and writing skills
• Ability to speak various languages and dialects
• Good stakeholder engagement and volunteer management skills

Key Duties:

• Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new ones with key players in the physical security industry, including providers of turnstiles, CCTV, and comprehensive building management solutions
• Conduct market research to identify trends in smart workspaces and physical security, ensuring our channel strategies align with market demands and opportunities
• Train and support channel partners on our product offerings and value proposition, emphasizing the integration of smart workspace solutions with physical security systems
• Collaborate with partners to co-create tailored sales and marketing strategies, aiming to maximize market penetration and revenue growth across all channels

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of relevant industry experience in channel sales, with a strong emphasis on smart workspace solutions, physical security systems, and IT digital transformation.
• Min Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
• Strong existing network within the physical security industry, including connections to lift suppliers, commercial building facility management system integrators, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the smart workspace ecosystem and physical security technologies, including turnstiles, CCTV, and building management solutions.

As a Project Associate within the Credit Middle Office team, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and continuous support of strategic programs that cater to Business, Platform, and Regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Minimum 4 years of experience on business side project management & execution experience in highly complex Financial Institution and/or Management Consulting firm.

• Ability to learn and pick up new skills

• Dynamic, independent team player and self-starter who possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills in delivering exceptional client experience to multiple stakeholders at all levels of seniority to meet strict timelines and operate with strong sense of ownership and urgency in a demanding and unpredictable environment.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong proficiency and knowledge in digital tools such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint , JIRA, LLMs and Dashboarding
