Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to all customer-related inquiries and provide timely updates to clients within a specified time frame.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure smooth processes related to clearance and transactions.
• Monitor and manage key accounts and reports, ensuring accurate tracking of flagged issues.
• Support backend operations for customer loyalty and rewards programs.
• Handle various administrative tasks and provide assistance for ad-hoc projects as required.

Job Responsibilities

* Contact leads to verify their interest in community health programmes such as Functional Screening and Community Health Posts.

* Assist in onsite operations during community health screening events

* Assist in collation of data for phone calls and appointment

* Carry out projects / assignments as and when assigned

Job Requirements

* Min O/A level or Nitec or Diploma Holder in any discipline

* No experience required as full training provided
