PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Junior Sous Chef is under the direct supervision of the Sous Chef and assumes the daily operations of the kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef. As Junior Sous Chef you are responsible for ensuring that all quality standards are met and that all operations of the kitchen are performed to the established standards. • Check and verify food stock levels with the accepted level.

The Head Chef manages and oversees operations in the kitchen as well as the kitchen staff of an outlet. He/She plans the menu and liaises with suppliers. The ideal Head Chef & Sous Chef will have experience in large batch food preperation as you will be operating in a central kitchen to supply to our various outlets and to customers that are subscribed to our daily meal subscription service.

Responsibilities
