• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or relevant qualifications

• Coordinate & supervise architectural work.
• Prepare shop drawing, materials samples etc for approval.
• Liaise with client, consultants & subcontractor.
• Assist project manager in planning, supervision, solving site problems, safety and attend site meeting & inspections.
• Possess BCA specialist diploma in construction or degree architectural works.
• 2-3 years’ experience in local construction industry.

1. Liaise with subcon to plan, arrange and carry out construction activities.
2. Liaise with design department to confirm and clarify design issues.
3. Liaise with RE/RTO to carry out inspections
4. Record work done.
5. Ensure quality of work done conform to specifications.
6. Liaise with Shop drawing team and understand CBP and other shop drawing for Quality.
7. Liaise with Safety team to maintain temporary facility and prevent unsafe work.
8. Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Min Diploma in Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent
2. Min 5 years of working experience in construction
3. Software knowledge: CAD, MS Project
4. Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated

• Collaborate with proposal team to create compelling proposals and presentations

Proposal and Contract Management

• Assist in the development of proposals. Working in conjunction with the proposal and/or engineering teams
• Present proposals to clients and address any queries or modifications
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements

Technical Expertise

• Maintain understanding of water treatment technologies, applications and industry trends
• Communicate technical details and benefits of proposed water treatment solutions to client effectively

Client Relationship Management

• Act as primary contact point for clients, addressing inquiries providing information and managing client expectations
• Continuously assess client satisfaction and seek opportunities or additional services

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferably in Environmental or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences
• Proven experience in sales, business development or proposal engineering within the water treatment or related industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of water treatment process, heat/energy recovery including but not limited to filtration, desalination, wastewater treatment, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work on own initiative
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
