Responsibilities:

• Understand the curriculum comprehensively and provide support for improvement.
• Preparing and maintaining age-appropriate teaching tools, classroom design, and learning environment.
• Communicate with parents, provide trial session feedback and guidance on renewal of packages.
• Cultivate an established relationship with the families.
• Promote a healthy and collaborative environment.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s records and achieve educational needs.
• Develop an environment of compassion, understanding, and passionate commitment to caring and educating young children.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• With 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Passionate, creative energy with a cheerful outlook.
