Our client is looking for a productive, detail-oriented person to work as a temporary data entry clerk in our team. This position's major duty will be to maintain and enter data into our database system appropriately. Strong attention to detail, impeccable typing abilities, and the capacity to work quickly to meet deadlines are qualities that the ideal candidate will possess.
Responsibilities:
- Entering and maintaining data in the database system of the business.
- Checking the accuracy of the data entered and making any required adjustments.
- Keeping electronic documents and data organised.
- Assisting with initiatives involving data organisation and cleansing.
- Observing the policies and procedures of the company regarding data entry and confidentiality.
- Ensuring accurate and timely task completion by means of excellent team communication.
Requirements:
- At least GCE ‘O’ Level qualification is needed.
- Proven experience with data entry and basic computer skills.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry with minimal errors.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred.
- Previous experience with database software is a plus.
