Key responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, promotions, and exits for medical staff
- Manage clinical training, sponsorships, credentialing, and honorarium processes while ensuring compliance
- Support HR systems, roster planning, and tracking of training hours and audits for seamless operations
- Prepare reports on manpower, training, sponsorship, and productivity for leadership review
- Coordinate departmental workshops, clinical events, and general office management tasks
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or medical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in using office software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with healthcare administrative procedures
