Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the resuscitation, passage, transfection, culture and other experiments of mammalian cells such as HEK293 and CHO

• Responsible for data analysis and processing of cell culture experiments, and complete the preparation of

experimental records and reports

• Participate in multiple R & D projects as part of the field project team

• Responsible for the formulation and update of SOP, summarize and solidify work experience

• Managing instruments, and be able to carry out maintenance as required

• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent

• Practical laboratory experience in the field of recombinant protein/antibody expression

• Good trouble shooting skills

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Jobscope

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely achievement of project milestones.
• Engage closely with pertinent parties to coordinate on-site project activities, encompassing logistical planning and execution.
• Oversee the planning and implementation of related initiatives and publicity plans
• Manage approved funding and expenditures, including communication with funders, procurement processes, and budget utilization tracking.
• Regularly monitor project progress and facilitate routine reviews with the project team and relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the preparation of pertinent reports, presentations, and materials.
• Support grant management and administration tasks, such as compiling and tracking grant submissions, planning budgets, and monitoring expenditure while facilitating claims submissions.
• Keep a close eye on the progress of research activities and outcomes

• Contribute to budget planning and tracking of expenditures.
• Assist in the planning and development of initiatives and events associated with or emerging from research program(s).

Requirements

• At least a bachelor degree, in a life science or any related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory, operations and administrative work in a healthcare organisation will be an advantage.
• Experience in clinical research and research regulatory affairs.

About the role

As an integral part of Neuroscience ACP Secretariat, he/she will be supporting someof the following duties*:

Grant Management

· Lead end-to-end grant management process, from grant application, budget management, to progress tracking and reporting

· Support on relevant legal matters such as contract management, MOU, etc.

· Provide support to strategic initiatives such as philanthropic engagements, external collaborations, etc.

Faculty Engagement and Development

· Facilitate faculty and non-faculty engagement and development

· Coordinate the end-to-end process for Academic Appointments, Promotions and Tenure

· Lead strategic outreach and mentorship programs

Drive Strategic Growth

· Drive growth of Neuroscience Innovation through initiatives such as culture building activities and events, strategic planning, program management, etc.

· Support the shaping and growth of Neuroscience Global Health

· Support adhoc strategic initiatives and special projects e.g. process improvements, digital transformation, etc.

Nursing Dashboard

• Track and report of data related to nursing sensitive indicators ( e.g. Falls, Medication Errors, Pressure Injuries etc)
• Analyze and prepare slides for monthly presentation

Procurement

• Manage & ensure adequate supplies of consumables (surgical , stationaries and linen) accordingly to par levels and utilization charging compliance.
• Manage purchase requisition requests and handling invoices for payments.

Assist the Senior Nurse Manager in the preparation & readiness for the two (2) yearly licensing processing

Performs any duties as assigned by the Senior Nurse Manager/Assistant Director/Director of Nursing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a ‘O’ Level/ Diploma in any discipline
• At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in clinical/ healthcare settings
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Good communication and organisational skills

Position Summary: To ensure the proper handling of customers’ shipping orders – to ensure accuracy and adherence to instructions – in accordance with established procedures; and maintain the supplies and facility to cGMP standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform all processes in accordance to established procedures and cGMP standards. Maintain the facility and workspaces clean, neat and tidy.
