• Supports the PO to define the Product Backlog. Works with users (e.g.: thorough customer journeys) based on the expertise in system capabilities and functionality to capture and prioritize the features and user stories expected of the products.
• Partner with Tech teams to refine user stories, including acceptance criteria.
• Support the PO to coordinate dependencies with internal and external teams.
• Coordinate and validate system requirements gathering and drive acceptance testing phase with end users, testers, and relevant product teams.
• Monitor and ensure platform readiness and uptime for efficient daily use.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science or Technology
• Possession in Agile project management, Scrum and relevant certifications or qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking / Financial institutionsIn depth knowledge of Aladdin Wealth / Enterprise (BlackRock)
• Experience in Discretionary Portfolio Management products, processes and best practices
• Sound understanding and articulation of Wealth Management business products, processes, and best practices.
• Strong advocate for operational efficiency and enhanced end user experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills coupled with strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office tools.
