This role involves providing trade support for institutional products (Cash Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Commodities), client processing, and overseeing outsourced operations. These responsibilities include trade capturing, lifecycle event processing, reconciliation, monitoring, and issue resolution, covering Fixed Income Cash, Equity, Derivatives, and Commodities. This role will engage with different teams , addressing trade queries and collaborating with the regional support team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide trade support for Institutional product range in Singapore.
• Handle trade capturing, processing, reconciliation, and exception resolution.
• Liaise with counterparties to resolve trade discrepancies.
• Monitor and process trade lifecycle events.
• Collaborate with sales and trading desks for trade-related queries and issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate trade capture and checkout.

Requirements:

• University degree with 3-5 years of experience in operations.
• Experience in trade support, preferably in Commodities or Fixed Income OTC.
• Ability to work with sales, traders, and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Marketing Analytics group is a lean and fast-paced team that evaluates business performance, marketing programs, product promotions, and the financial impact of marketing strategies for the Asia Pacific region. The team works directly with regional leadership and franchisees C-suite to develop marketing calendars and sales plans.

The Analyst will be responsible for all work streams related to Performance Analysis, Strategy Development & Sales Planning for a subset of the region and is expected to lead the relationship with key franchisee leaders.

This is a role with significant growth opportunities within the company and we expect the Analyst to quickly take on larger responsibilities within the region.

Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing performance analyses and develop strategies for a subset of APAC region
• Analyze sales, volume, and pricing data to evaluate business performance, product promotions, marketing programs, and pricing strategies
• Interpret broader brand & product research to inform long term strategy development for individual markets
• Develop monthly and annual sales forecasts to ensure success of marketing strategies
• Manage relationship with key franchisee stakeholders including local Heads of Marketing
• Provide senior leadership with timely, accurate and insightful analysis of marketing programs and tests
• Work with IT teams to enable clear visibility into business metrics
• Indirect management of a diverse team of internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• 1-4 years relevant work experience in consulting, finance, or another highly-analytical background
