Key Responsibilities

Reporting and Analysis:

What You’ll Need:

Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance, with professional accreditation (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) advantageous.
• Minimum of 4 years of FP&A experience, preferable at least 4 years from a private company setting includuing experience from a big 4 auditor.

Industry Experience

• Experience with US and Australian business operations within Retail, E-commerce, B2C, and/or Logistics sectors would be advantageous.

Technical Skills and Personal Attributes

• Demonstrate proficiency in managing large data volumes and using analytical skills to inform strategic financial decisions, while considering the wider business context.
• Must have expertise in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Netsuite) and proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI) for comprehensive data management and analysis.
• Exhibit strong communication skills for clear financial explanations to business leaders and robust stakeholder management.
