Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and information support on applications to customers via email, messaging, telephone, and on-site when necessary.

Requirements:

• Collate and manage all the details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical information could span from details of systems interfacing, content of the various data being posted, data held within the application etc.
• Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.

• Overall UAT management in terms of UAT timeline, batch run/ re-run and managing the tester’s testing result.

The AP interchange team develops strategies that enables Visa to set the financial rate of exchange, the interchange reimbursement fee (IRF), between different stakeholders in the payments ecosystem. The Scheduling Analyst / Senior Analyst will look at operationalizing the network plan by ensuring that schedule changes are executed accurately and all stakeholders and downline systems are updated with the latest schedules. Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate schedule changes with other departments to ensure that all passengers are notified in time and that all relevant stakeholders are informed about the schedule change
• Ensure that schedules are correctly loaded into various downstream platforms
• Handle passengers' re-accommodation based on established SOP and troubleshoot issues as and when they arise
• Resolve system related issues, including providing business case for required enhancements
