• Responsible for schematic concept design (horizontal and vertical alignment) of temporary traffic diversion scheme to suit construction scheme and sequence.
• Create and review traffic control plan and traffic impact assessment in compliance with LTA CDC, SDRE, Code of Practice for street work and authority requirements.
