Job Description

• Position Title: Sales Engineer /Assistant Sales Engineer
• Working Location: Tuas, 5 min from MRT
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM-5:30 PM)
• Salary: Up to $4500 (Basic) + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and sales targets.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Understand and manage customer needs.
• Communicate customer’s requirements effectively to internal team.
• Prepare and present quotations.
• Lead and support operations team for customer’s prototype/sample build to mass production.
• Order entry, planning and monitoring of delivery schedule and commitments to customers.
• Collaborate with raw material suppliers.
• Plan sales and materials based on customer forecasts.
• Participate in monthly stock takes to optimize inventory turnover.
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

• Experience in engineering sales/customer service is a plus.
• Strong marketing and business skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.

• Provide quotations for project tenders and offer technical support to agents.
• Attend site meetings and provide after-sales services and follow-up.
• Cultivate and maintain good working relationships with customers.

Job Description:

Demonstrated professional consulting, implementation, and solutions implementation experience with a specific focus on Genesys Cloud CX solution with ability to lead and drive implementation

Strong hands on experience Genesys Cloud Cx is must

5+yrs strong sofware development experience using - Java Script, HML, CSS

Minimum 4+years experience in Rest API is required

Good exposure on HTTP requests, REST web services, and JSON

Good technical problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in troubleshooting challenging configurations
