An experienced and skilled Facilities Executive (Projects) at AWWA Ltd, responsible for managing and delivering projects from inception to completion, ensuring on time completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities

i. Facilities Project Management

• Ensure that the works are properly executed and completed according to contract requirement
• Liaise and coordinate with staff and vendors on facilities, building and equipment issues
• Check and certify delivery, service chits and invoices from vendors for work done
• Compile of all maintenance works’ documents e.g. warranties, etc
• Ensure that the required repair works and defective materials/equipment are completed or replaced within warranty period

Other Responsibilities

• Take up key role in the Emergency Response Team
