Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the driving force behind our freight forwarding operations, securing new clients and building strong relationships. Leverage your expertise to deliver customized logistics solutions and contribute to the company’s success.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new clients to expand the business portfolio.
• Market and promote the company’s freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Prepare professional quotations and proposals for potential clients.
• Execute swift follow-ups and engage in effective negotiations.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry (preferred).
• Possess own transport for client visits and meetings.
• Self-motivated with strong written communication and presentation skills.

Additional Information

• Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 + Transport Allowance + Headphone Allowance + Performance Bonuses.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
• Location: 7 Airline Road, Cargo Agents Building E, #01-03, Singapore 819834.
• Leave: 12 days annually, increasing to a maximum of 14 days after 6 years.

Job Description

• Full spectrum of payroll processing for about 180 full-time employees for 2 entities & casual labour for 1 entity
• Tabulate the costs for secondment staff for finance billing
• Check and prepare overtime payment staff to be paid on 14th of the following month
• FWL cost allocation and adjustment (waiver)
• CPF submission for entities via CrimsonLogin and CPF website (2 entities)
• Prepare payroll general journals to upload into accounting system (Crimso & Acumatica) for monthly accounting month end closing
• Checking all the flexible benefit claims provided by HR to process and pay on month end (EPE & Timesoft)
• Upload Assist Rider and MSO upon receiving updates from HR into the payroll system (EPE & Timesoft)
• Ad-hoc items like submission of government paid claims, MOM survey or WICA claim from HR, new join, and resigned staff salaries
• Prepare monthly headcount report for HR team (EPE)
• Assist to input incentives, allowances, and deductions into payroll system (EPE & Timesoft)
• Generate payslips for all entities (EPE & Timesoft)
• Assist in migration of new payroll system for casual labour

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Computer literature
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:
-Supervisor and arrange duty roaster for other retail assistant
-To do retail sales and recommend products
-Maintain store cleanliness
-Assist in doing cashering duties
-Ad hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements:
-Min Olevel and above
-Bilingual in English/Mandarin

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Uplift the existing Administrative, Human Resources, Finance and/or Logistics aspect of the company.
• Assist in Human Resource-related responsibilities, such as Time & Attendance, Claims, Employee Records, On-boarding and other day-to-day tasks assigned by the Directors.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable duties such as maintaining and following up for the Outstanding Payment list, Invoice creation and liaising with the Sales Team to obtain Invoice payment from customers.
• Maintain the structure of accurate records of inventory and warranty of our product offerings, both hardware and software. Maintain company's organization chart and admin-related documentations and records, such as preparing letter of offer, confirmation, increment & promotion, etc.
• Appreciate the initiative to continuously improve the company’s standard operation procedures (S.O.P), system and structure as well as the welfare of the company.
• Periodically assist Sales Team on administrative tasks (Sales Pipeline, Commission calculation, etc).

Requirement:-

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Good understanding of the HR practices including Employment Act
• Good organisational skills with ability to carry out analytical and coordination work
• Good working attitude & self-driven
• Able to work in a fast – paced environment
• Good communication skills (written & verbal) and able to interact with people at all levels
• Proficient Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently in a fast pace environment.
