• Demonstrates a keen sense of style, imagination, and innovation.

• Manages multiple projects simultaneously, showcasing exceptional multitasking abilities.

• Amends, revises, or redevelops events and campaigns in response to feedback from the Creative Director or clients.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, unleashing the full potential of their design skills.

• Works collaboratively with Production and Account Group to ensure proposed creative solutions can be feasibly executed within the time and budget given on the brief.

• Possesses strong aesthetic skills, skillfully combining layouts with refined images and fonts.

• Exhibits outstanding collaboration and communication skills, enabling efficient work with cross-functional teams

• Designs persuasive, original work.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, applying them creatively to enhance our clients brand's presence.

• Keeps up to date with popular culture and trends.

• Stays abreast of current trends in creative work produced within the Events / Production /Advertising / Marketing industry.

Requirements:

• Ability to submit a portfolio of creative work.

• Well-developed communication skills including ability to articulate creative designs to the Creative Director and/or team.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Comprehensive understanding of interactivity and the web.

• Exceptional initiative, attention to detail, and follow-through skills.

• After-hours work may be required.
