Job Description
· Strategic planning and development
- Executional plans to support sales, brand and corporate strategies]
- Includes (but not limited to) content marketing, communications, creatives and all marketing-related activities to deliver high level of customer demand and satisfaction
· Brand audit and management
- Management of brand assets and consistency
· Digital marketing
- Analysis and monitoring all digital platforms (social media, google, etc.)
- Digital outreach, trends and content management
- SEO / SEM
· Public relations and media management
- Media relations and engagement
· Customer Relationship Management
- Loyalty programs to pro-actively engage and retain customers, enhancing customer experience/journey, and customer acquisition and retention strategies
· Retail Marketing
- POSM, visual merchandising, brand ambassadors (retail staff)
· Partnerships
- Strategic and tactical partnerships for optimal outreach
· Inter-department support
- All marketing-related activities and support
Requirements
· Possesses at least a Diploma in Marketing or related marketing disciplines.
· Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience, experience in the Retail or related industries is an advantage.
· Good numerical and analytical skills
· Results-oriented and strong work ethic
· Effectively bilingual, fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
· Possess excellent interpersonal skills
· Strong passion in Media/Online Marketing solutions
