Operations support:

• Assist & logistic support including (room & AV setup), training materials (printing of attendance, training material and certificate), etc for any Events or Courses.
• Assist & Support enquiries (online and offline) on courses and activities organized by Community Relations Department including facilitate and manage course registration processes
• Work with facility to get faulty issues resolved
• Assist to coordinate with Course Trainers & Volunteers
• Manage a team of Volunteers
• Undertake ad-hoc initiatives and projects as required
• Any other ad-hoc/administrative duties as instructed by superior.

Qualifications & Skills

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Proficient in photography and video editing.
• Good in Chinese and English language.
• Self-motivated, creative, collaborative, team player, easygoing, kind, flexible, meticulous, results and service oriented, willing to learn, passionate and competent.

Responsibilities
