Responsibilities:

Develop Brand Guidelines: Craft comprehensive brand guidelines that encompass our brand values, voice, tone, and visual identity. Ensure consistency across all communication channels.

Brand Training: Conduct training sessions to educate internal stakeholders on brand guidelines, ensuring alignment and understanding across departments.

Brand Management: Oversee all aspects of brand management, including setting up brand positioning, defining brand frameworks, and monitoring brand perception.

Communication Guidelines: Establish communication guidelines for both internal and external use, ensuring clarity, consistency, and effectiveness in messaging.

Website Optimization: Review and optimize our website to enhance user experience, drive engagement, and align with brand objectives. Utilize experience in website development to implement necessary changes.

Social Media Content Creation: Create compelling content for social media platforms, tailored to our target audience and aligned with brand messaging. Drive engagement and foster community growth through impactful storytelling.

Social Media Management: Manage our social media channels, particularly focusing on B2B industry engagement. Implement strategies to increase followers, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Community Building: Utilize hands-on experience to build and nurture online communities around our brand, fostering meaningful interactions and engagement.

Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms. Utilize data insights to analyze campaign performance and make informed decisions.

Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, social media activities, and website metrics. Generate reports and insights to inform future strategies.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in brand communication, social media marketing, and content creation.

· Strong understanding of brand management principles and practices.

· Proficiency in website development and optimization.

· Hands-on experience in managing social media accounts and building online communities.

The Job:

You will be responsible for providing administrative support and exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our customers during their visits to our workshop. Constant updates and communicating of information between customer, workshop and workgroups with an exemplary art of communication.

Responsibilities:

• Direct contact point between workshop, customer and supplier
• Coordination with workshop team and other department (i.e. Operation, Leasing/Sales department, etc…)
• Assist, recommend, improve, handle and support the workshop on its day-to-day administration/operation workflow procedurals, customer service, data entry, invoicing, accidents claims, new project and internal control
• Handle customer request and issue work order, customer feedback and coordination work
• In charge of appointment booking and scheduling of job
• Handling of incoming call and outgoing call, including email
• Carry out data entry, document filing and organize orderly
• Managing inventory including keeping track and ordering of spare parts
• Liaising with customers, vendors, suppliers & partners
• Issuing quotation, invoice, cheque and collecting payment from customer
• Update, record and administer the latest Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOP) for workshop to in line with company’s objectives
• Feedback and gather all information pertaining to safety measures in compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSH)

Requirements:

• Singaporean/Malaysian WP only due to tight quota eligibility
• Bilingual (Mandarin with Chinese speaking customer and English) with local dialects prefer
• With prior experience in vehicle servicing workshop and with experience in dealing with accident claim business will be an advantage

Responsibilities
• Responsible for the planning, organizing, directing and controlling of the purchasing, warehousing and transportation functions of the company.
• To lead a team of officers and operational staff in handling daily purchasing and warehousing operation to ensure that customer delivery schedules are met so as to provide customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for customer audit and complaint relating to purchasing and logistics operation.
• Oversee the MRP fulfillment, stock replenishment, purchasing and order management, suppliers’ contract and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) management.
• Manage the 3rd party logistics warehouse operation and logistics suppliers.
• Co-ordinate on logistics equipment and facility maintenance and improvement.
• Effectively and continuously explore initiatives and implement programs to improve quality, productivity, cost effectiveness and process improvements.

Requirements:
• Degree in Purchasing/ Logistics/ Materials Management/ Procurement or International Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing and/or logistics function in manufacturing industry/environment; with at least 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO9000, TS16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS18000 preferred.
• Experience in using ERP software (Movex) and implement kaizen will be added advantage.
• Experience in managing and auditing 3rd party logistics warehouse operations
