Job Purpose

To manage the overall Supply Chain operations in the company:

• Identifying and qualifying supplier, source and periodic price negotiation for direct and indirect supplies so as to expand supplier base and reduce company cost.

Procurement

• Source and identify suppliers for direct/indirect materials/services to expand supplier base and for new project/production needs.

• Lead in conducting periodic price negotiation with suppliers to ensure competency in cost for materials/services.

• Qualify suppliers once suppliers are selected in order to add suppliers into the Approved Vendor List.

• Maintain standard operating procedures applicable to the Procurement department to ensure work flow process are consistence.
• Develop and negotiate favorable supply agreement with suppliers.
• Work with other department and suppliers to develop appropriate supply chain model to ensure assurance of supplies with minimal inventory holdings
• Work with other department like Engineering/Warehouse to ascertain quality standards of items supplied and established Quality plan

Purchasing

• Develop Purchasing strategy for different categories of supplies to ensure on time order fulfilment with minimum inventory for direct purchases
• Ensure all indirect purchases needs of company is being fulfilled based on user’s needs
• Review Purchasing strategy periodically with Management to propose change when market trend changes
• Provide periodic alert and updates to customer (internal/external) to ensure any issues/delays are promptly highlighted and necessary actions are taken
• Work with principals/suppliers to ensure goods are delivered on time to fulfill customers/company’s needs

Warehousing

• Manage warehouse team to ensure timely receiving/issuance of materials
• Manage warehouse team to achieve order fulfillment requirements specific to all customer
• Ensure overall inventory integrity of all goods in warehouse

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in a supply chain management role would be an advantage.
• Work experience in both direct & indirect materials sourcing and purchasing would be an advantage.
• Ariba, SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience with requirements and risk management expectations related to outsourcing and vendor management is an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior Administration & Business Support Executive, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and playing a key role in creating a safe and pleasant workplace environment for the company. This includes the management of all vendors including building management, all third-party service providers (cleaning staffs) and vendors. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sports Business Senior Executive to lead wholesale and B2B sales efforts within Singapore. This role drives sales revenue and market share growth by managing relationships with local retailers, distributors, Corporate MNC and government agencies. The ideal candidate is an achiever with a strong sales mindset and has existing contacts with key agencies to increase our chances of securing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local retailers, distributors, corporate MNC and government agencies and other associations.
• Develop and execute account plans, sales strategies, and tactics to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Actively pursue new B2B sales opportunities, nurturing leads and developing relationships within assigned accounts.
• Coordinate and manage order processing with the supply chain team to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
• Maintain and update sales pipeline, account statuses, and forecasts in CRM tools.
• Organize seasonal product presentations and sell-in sessions for local accounts.
• Conduct on-site visits to client locations for sales presentations and product training.
• Strengthen customer relationships to ensure continued revenue streams and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Drive business development efforts by pursuing government tender projects and navigating bidding processes.
• Utilize affiliations or contacts within government agencies and sports associations to maximize project acquisition potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute localized marketing plans with Singapore-based retailers and distributors.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to management.
• Stay informed on current industry trends and competitor activities to shape effective sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed net sales targets within the assigned accounts and categories, focusing on driving revenue growth.
• Maintain or improve margin targets for product lines, balancing sales growth with profitability.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for assigned accounts and categories, preventing overstocking or stockouts to meet customer demand and support sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s wholesale and B2B sales environment, particularly in government and sports sectors.
• Experience with government tenders and bidding processes would be an added advantage
• Passion for sales and achieving results, with a drive to exceed targets.
• Enthusiasm for sports, with knowledge in badminton or running being an advantage.
• Proven experience in sales, with a solid understanding of sales cycles and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen and respond to customer needs.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Self-starter with strong commercial awareness, a robust local network, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel locally to client sites as needed.
• Industry - Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG.

• Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.
• Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.
• Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.
