· Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy

· Experience in Fixed Asset Accounting.

The Senior Executive will play a key role in ensuring hospital stakeholders' requirements are incorporated into new building developments to ensure they are functional, fit for purpose, and aligned with operational needs. The role has to work with public agencies, consultants, and contractors to plan and manage assigned projects, ensuring they are completed within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and supervise reporting executives, focusing on the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) aspects of project development
• Coordinate user requirements with various stakeholders, including workgroups, public agencies, and project teams, from the planning phase to building operationalisation
• Schedule, document, update, and track development projects, project timelines, and activities for reporting to public agencies and internal management
• Attend meetings and discussions with stakeholders to review design proposals and hospital planning, with an emphasis on M&E functions
• Assist users in planning and managing critical resources to ensure efficient integration of best practices and solutions in line with business goals

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Project Facilities Management or related studies
• 5 - 6 years of experience developing IT hardware system and M&E systems, preferably in hospital setting

ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support HR Manager in the day-to-day HR Operations duties and administration of all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation and HR-related projects as needed.
• Duties including but not limited to:
• Attending employee requests and questions, in providing advice and guidance to employees on personnel policies and contractual obligations.
• Assist with conducting New Hire Orientation and prepare onboarding, including the preparation of paperwork for staff recruitment, confirmation, promotion, re-designation, salary revision and termination
• Prepare and maintain employee database, including leave records and HRIS management
• Conducts and reconciles benefits enrolment for new employees.
• Liaise with the Finance department in payroll preparation and reconciliations.
• Support in offboarding
• Any other adhoc HR - related matters and admnistration

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimally Diploma in Human Resource, Business administration and or related fields
• Preferably with some admin experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Meticulous
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Team player and independent
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all work
• IHRP Certification would be ideal

He/She maintain and canvas - existing and new customers. All sales activities should have the objective to maximise revenue/GP for the company. He/She is required to deliver monthly sales target ( based on GP ), with forecast for next month's sales activities. He/She has to be pro-active, able to adapt to a changing market landscape and spot new sales opportunities.

Candidate Requirement:

1] Experience in uniform industry will be an advantage.

2] Experience in corporate sales will be an advantage.

3] At least 2 years in sales position

4] Able to show evidence of sales performance.
