Job Description

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with clients.
• Develop and finalize business proposals & contracts, aligning with both organizational and client requirements.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations & proposals.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to management.
• Gather client feedback to improve products, services, and sales processes.
• Develop and oversee the budget, grants, milestone delivery, and claims status for the resources, systems, or tools implemented.
• Any other related task and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• SPM, Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication skills (spoken and written).
• Meticulous, highly organized, and a team-player.
• Self-driven, adaptive, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
