Required/Preferred Skills:

• Identify online marketing opportunities to increase property visibility and awareness

• Keeping abreast with online market trends and new developments

• Actively monitor competitors’ pricing and marketing programs

• Support and give advice on any-related digital / online initiatives

• Develop annual digital marketing strategy for the hotel

• Produce videos and/or prints for media marketing purposes

Job Description

• The successful candidate will be part of our Payroll Shared System. The team will continuously look for areas of process improvement and enhancement
• The Payroll Executive must has experience in payroll processing. He/She must be a good team player and to process payroll accurately and on-time.

Responsibilities:

• To process monthly payroll accurately and on-time
• To process Tax clearance, NS Claims, Income Tax, Maternity Claims and other mandatory claims on a timely basis
• To provide payroll information to clients and resolve any payroll discrepancies
• To process and submit monthly CPF contributions
• To prepare monthly payroll reports and reconciliation
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned

Location:

• Robinson Road

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday (9:00am – 6:30pm)

Salary:

• $3500 - $4500

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing in a large organization or Recruitment Agency
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accountancy
• Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good Team Player and has good communication skills
