• To provide support with claims (MediSave/Insurance/MCPS) and billing related matters and follow-up on pending claims and finalization of patient bills and processing of bill adjustments

• Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports and schedules;

• Take in receipts from claims payors (MediSave/Insurance/MCPS) and prepare claims aging and weekly status

• Follow up with IT vendor and resolve claims system issues

• Liaise with clinic ops on submission errors.

• Duties relating to debt collection

• Duty for systems team, to setup service codes and charging rules

• Ensure interfaces reconcile between internal and external system.

• Assist with other ad hoc tasks.

We are hiring our first Mid-Market Account Executive in Singapore who will play a massive role in Gong’s growth. As one of the first boots-on-the-ground Account Executives for APAC, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding existing business. QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-7 years of relevant work/closing experience.
• Track record of overachieving revenue targets.
• Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional fluency in English.
• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented & well-organized.
• A strong team player but still a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Available & have a working visa to work in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

· Proactively visit existing and new specialist doctors to establish strong relationships and identify new business opportunities

· Acitively generate new business by introducing doctors to the imaging MRI centres, driving referrals and ensure sustained partnerships

· Build relationships with key channel suppliers(insurance companies, GP clinics) to foster long term collaboration and business growth

· Identify and develop B2B and B2C consumer segments to expand the customer base.

· Conduct regular competitive analysis and pricing research to ensure competitiveness

· Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns from concept to completion

· Ensure the timely rollout of marketing plans with coordination with different stakeholders

· Build brand awareness through promotional packages and adjust strategies accordingly

· Compile and maintain comprehensive products/services offering lists

Requirements

· At least a diploma in Business or Marketing

· At least 2 years sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry

· Self motivated with the drive to meet new doctors to the centres

· Result-driven, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
