ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the highest-ranking executive at CULINES, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the company and overseeing all aspects of its operations. You will work closely with the board of directors and the executive team, including the chief financial officer (CFO), as well as other key stakeholders, to drive growth, ensure financial sustainability, and advance our mission.

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

Education and/or Experience

• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Business Management of relevant discipline.
• Extensive experience as a senior executive, including serving as a CEO, or COO.
• Proven track records of successfully leading and growing organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic direction and execute business plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationship with board members, investors, and other stakeholders.
